When you sign up for early access, we collect:

- Email Address: To send launch invitations, updates, and verify sandbox parameters.
- Mobile Number (India): To verify identity and communicate access codes.
- Professional Role: To evaluate access tiering (Doctor, Student, or Other).
- City: To coordinate regional phase launches.
3. Purpose of Processing
We collect your personal information for these specific, limited purposes:
- Managing Jivadra pre-launch waitlist registrations.
- Verifying credentials against national medical registry councils (e.g. NMC).
- Sending a welcome email and subsequent invitations for early account creation.
Your data is stored securely in our database and will never be shared with third parties, sold, or used for unrelated advertising or commercial profiling.
4. Data Security and Retention
We employ standard, industry-compliant security configurations (SSL/TLS encryption, secure database instances, access control lists) to protect your information. Your information is stored solely for the duration of the pre-launch waitlist phase and will be deleted upon request or when the platform goes fully public, unless migrated under an active user profile created by you.
